At Closing the Gap, we are committed to providing K-12 teachers with the resources to teach skilled trades in their classrooms. We’re a group of tradesmen and women that know the importance of bringing the field to classrooms so students are prepared for the jobs they’re entering after graduation. That's why we have developed an online educational platform that gives teachers access to a comprehensive curriculum, as well as textbooks, teaching guides, and videos that they can use to teach with.
Our materials for learning are designed to be engaging and interactive and tailored to meet the needs of different age groups and learning styles. Our curriculum covers a range of topics, including electrical theory, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC, and it is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in the skilled trades.
In addition to our curriculum, we also provide teachers with access to a library of textbooks and videos that cover a wide range of topics related to the skilled trades. These materials are designed to supplement the curriculum and provide teachers with additional resources that they can use to enrich their lessons and engage their students.
Our online educational platform is designed to be user-friendly and easy to use, and it is available to teachers on a subscription basis.
