Electrician Program Available

We are excited to announce that Electrician U, the electrical industry's leading electrical education platform, has donated their 4-year electrical curriculum to Close The Gap. This means that Close The Gap now has an electrical curriculum to begin teaching electrical classes in high schools.

Close The Gap's mission is to provide trade curriculums to high schools and to provide the necessary capital to get salaries for teachers and materials. Our goal is to give high school students access to hands-on training and education in trades that can lead to well-paying careers in their future.

Thanks to the generous donation from Electrician U, we can now add electrical education to our offerings. This donation will allow us to teach students the skills they need to succeed in the electrical industry, which is currently facing a shortage of skilled workers.

Electrician U has developed a 4-year electrical program that can be dropped into any high school, college, or vocational school. It comes with videos, lesson plans, exams, mid-terms, finals, power-points, handouts, and worksheets which any instructor can use to teach with. We believe that by working together, we can provide opportunities for students to learn skills that will lead to fulfilling careers and help close the skills gap in the workforce.

If you're interested in supporting Close The Gap's mission, we encourage you to reach out to Dustin at Electrician U by emailing support@closethegap.fund to set up a call and discuss donating further. Every contribution, big or small, helps us in our mission to close the skills gap and provide opportunities for students to succeed.

Thank you for your support.
